3. Easy Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery along with proper proof such as product images or an unboxing video.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. Claims related to leakage, damaged items, missing products, or empty packages may require valid unboxing proof for verification purposes.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. AL BARKAAT reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
7. Return Condition Requirements
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition along with all packaging materials, labels, and invoice copies. Products failing quality inspection may not qualify for refund or replacement.
